Mantralayam is one of South India’s most sacred pilgrimage destinations — home to the Brindavana of Sri Raghavendra Swami, the 16th-century Dvaita Vedanta saint and philosopher. According to Hindu tradition, Sri Raghavendra Swami entered his Brindavana — a living samadhi — in 1671 AD and is believed to remain in a state of divine presence within the shrine, actively blessing all devotees who seek his grace. The Mantralayam Math and temple complex on the banks of the Tungabhadra River attract millions of devotees from across South India every year.

This tour includes a direct flight from Shirdi to Hyderabad, which takes approximately 1.5 hours. Flying is the most comfortable and time-efficient way to transition between the Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh sections of this pilgrimage. The Hyderabad to Mantralayam road journey covers approximately 255 kilometres and takes 5–6 hours via well-maintained highways.
